Officer at the above address  should  be  accompanied  by an Accounts Payee
Demand Draft/Postal Order, towards the prescribed cost of tender documents,
drawn in his favour. PAYMENT IN CASH/CHEQUE OR THROUGH MONEY ORDER WILL NOT
BE ACCEPTED. The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject the lowest
